I think we all know that 2016 is going to be another amazing year for book publishing—and especially for the world of Children’s & Young Adult literature. My top ten includes YA titles (with a few bonus books thrown in) and I couldn’t resist including nine Middle Grade titles as well. It’s kind of hard to narrow it down for each genre, but here goes my attempt!

This weekly meme is hosted by The Broke and Bookish—check out their blog and join in the TOP TEN TUESDAY FUN!

Here’s what they have to say about Top Ten Tuesday: “Top Ten Tuesday is a fun weekly link-up in the community where we provide a prompt and other lovers of listmaking join in on it with their own top ten list. Feel free to have less than 10 or more if you need to at times and put a spin on the topic if you need to! Just please link back to us if you are participating. :)”

  1. LOVE THIS LIST. A Gathering of Shadows, This Savage Song and The Mirror King all made my list as well.

I also can’t believe I forgot to put My Lady Jane on there, it’s one of my most necessary for my happiness books right now.

    • I can’t believe I am just finding out about that one. I heard Kwame speak at the New England SCBWI conference last spring and he was amazing! Loved The Crossover so will definitely check out Booked.
